Yes! Despite being in a beautiful historic building in downtown Carleton Place, the storefront is accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, and scooters.

Free street parking is available on many streets in the downtown area, including Bridge Street. You  can also find public parking in the lots at the Information Centre at 170 Bridge Street and  Market Square Pavillion at 7 Beckwith Street. 

We LOVE pets at Palomino Boutique so much that our shop dog, Snowy, welcomes everyone who visits the store. Well-mannered and socialized pups are welcome in store when on a leash and closely attended to by their owner. They’ll love the pet section!

Palomino offers returns with receipt on items in their original state (tagged, packaged, unworn,
unused) within 14 days of purchase for a store-credit or exchange.
All seasonal and sale items are final.

Palomino Boutique currently ships across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. We strive to process and ship online orders within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Canadian orders generally arrive within one week from the date of shipment for Standard Shipping. Expedited and Express Shipping may be available at checkout. Please note that shipping times may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $150. All other shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. The cheapest shipping rate will appear by default. Please review the shipping options available and select the best option for your order. 

In the event that a package is returned to Palomino Boutique by Canada Post due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or any other delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We encourage you to double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
