Shipping policy

Palomino Boutique currently ships across Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. We strive to process and ship online orders within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Estimated Delivery Times
Canadian orders generally arrive within one week from the date of shipment for Standard Shipping. Expedited and Express Shipping may be available at checkout. Please note that shipping times may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $150. All other shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. The cheapest shipping rate will appear by default. Please review the shipping options available and select the best option for your order. 

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to Palomino Boutique by Canada Post due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or any other delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We encourage you to double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address before your order has shipped, please call the store as soon as possible at so we can update your shipping information.
